Personal data required to place an order

To place an order at Decono.bg, you need to provide the following personal data necessary to fulfill your order:

• Two names
• Phone
• Email address
• Delivery address (courier office can also be specified)

When paying with a debit/credit card, ePay.bg, EasyPay, the payment data is collected and processed by BORICA, through Epay AD and Easypay AD.

Data collected when accessing the website

Every time  the USER  accesses a page from Decono.bg and the various menus therein,  the PROVIDER  receives information in the form of an information protocol with the following content:

• the page that referred the USER to us

• date and duration of access

Contact forms

The information provided by the USER through the contact form on the site is used only for feedback by the PROVIDER and is kept for up to 30 days after the end of the correspondence. The data provided through the contact form by the USER will not be used for marketing purposes!
